Queen and Abba have topped a list of the biggest-selling albums of all time in the UK, compiled by the Official Charts Company, which has recently celebrated its 60th anniversary.The Bohemian Rhapsody band was the only group to appear twice in the Top 10 of the list, with their Greatest Hits album in the top slot and Greatest Hits II taking 10th place. A solo Michael Jackson appeared in sixth and ninth place.Queen guitarist Brian May told OfficialCharts.com that creating the most popular album of the past 60 years was "a great bit of news to wake up to. I always thought the band showed promise but this is beyond our boyhood dreams"!Abba was in second place with Gold, the group's greatest-hits album, and The Beatles' 1967 Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band came third.Adele was in fourth place with her second album, 21 , the most recent release in the Top 10, which also included Oasis's 1995 album, What's the Story, Morning Glory .Ed Sheeran was the only other contemporary pop star to appear. His second album, X, which has not left the Top 100 since its release in 2014, entered the list at 49. ..
