Bottle of the Week: Bosman Adama 2015 How much and where?R145; bosmanwines.com/buy-onlineWhy?"My dream is to be Minister of Agriculture," says Rita Andreas, chairman of the workers' trust on the Bosman Family Vineyards estate in Wellington. Her grandfather Adama Appollis is commemorated in the name of this funky red blend made from seven varietals. It is dominated by Shiraz but also contains Cinsault, currently being rediscovered in the winelands along with the exotic Nero d'Avola. There's also a splash of peachy Viognier, a punch of Primitivo, a mouthful of meaty Mourvedre and some grippy Grenache Noir.Andreas was born on Lelienfontein farm and heads the trust representing 380 workers which shares in the profits generated by sales of this wine. It is part of the Fairtrade initiative. A karate club and choir are beneficiaries of the project.Which positions Adama at the heart of the community. So buying a bottle adds an ethical dimension which makes the black cherry flavours especially sweet.Rating: *********: Theresa May****: Boris Johnson***: Philip Hammond**: Amber Rudd*: David Cameron..
