You would swear the truck drivers on History channel's Deadliest Roads wouldn't come out of those trucks alive - with all those dodgy turns and terrifying cliff-sides they travel along.

The programme, which started last month, documents three drivers who navigate some of the most deadly roads in India. Alex, Lisa and Rick, who are from the US and Canada, were seen during the first episode crossing borders and driving alongside high cliffs on the oldest roads in the Himalayas.

It's a hectic show, but it is interesting to watch the bravery of these folk. To battle the twists and turns on those Indian roads requires measured insanity.

Tonight, test your nerves and watch how the drivers navigate the crumbling of an unstable road as it claims its first victims.

There is also a showdown on a narrow ledge 300m high, when angry bus passengers surround a man's vehicle.

  • 'Deadliest Roads' airs at 8.30pm every Monday on History channel 254
