The worst Avenger; Captain America sends penis pic to 16-year-old

A man who played Captain America at Universal Studios has been arrested for sending a sixteen-year-old girl a picture of his penis.

According to The Smoking Gun, James Weldon Alton, 29 has been arrested on a felony charge of transmitting harmful material to a minor.

He was booked into Orange County Jail, and released after posting bond.

According to the website the girl told Maitland Police Department investigators that she initially exchanged texts with Alton “as friends,” but that their communication soon turned explicit.

The site reports that in an April 18 text, the girl told Alton she was 16. A week later, “Mr. Alton sent photos of his penis” to the girl’s cell phone.

Alton has been suspended by Universal Studios, where he has worked since 2010 according to his LinkedIn profile. He was also hired as an actor by the Walt Disney Company.
