Bow Wow gets engaged

Bow Wow has got engaged to his girlfriend Erica Mena after just six months of dating.

Bow Wow who now goes by the name Shad Moss has got engaged. The 27-year-old rapper popped the question to his fiancée Erica Mena after six months of dating, and she has confirmed the pair are set to marry.

When the 26-year-old beauty was asked whether he was her boyfriend, she replied to E!: ''Uhh ... he's actually my fiancé.''

Moss also confirmed his fiancé has accepted his proposal by taking to his Instagram account to post a picture of her wearing an engagement ring on top of an image of his wrist, which was decorated with a snazzy Rolex watch. The star left the picture captionless, clearly deciding to let the image do the talking, and the photograph received more than 28,000 likes from the couple's fans.

Moss and Mena are said to have met on the set of US R&B and hip hop music video show 106 &Park, which the rapper hosts. Mena appears on US reality TV series Love and Hip Hop. Bow Wow revealed in July 2011 that he has a called Shai, who is now three years old, while Erica has a son called King from a previous relationship.
