Model sues Tyga for sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy

Rap star Tyga has been accused by a model of owing her $25,000 from an out-of-court settlement they reached. The woman who sued Tyga for $50,000 over an alleged sexual assault claims he still owes her $25,000. Allison Brown alleged that she was assaulted during a video shoot in 2011 for Tyga's single 'Make It Nasty' and although the 25-year-old rapper - who's rumoured to be dating reality TV star Kylie Jenner, 17 - settled the case out of court, it's claimed he still owes Allison half of the sum they agreed upon. Allison said she received 50 percent of the money in February, but has subsequently had no more money from the music star, according to gossip website TMZ. The woman's original allegations claimed she was plied with alcohol and forced to appear topless on camera, while she also alleged that a man dressed in a rabbit suit dry humped her on the set of the video. She subsequently sued for sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress.Allison has now filed documents with a judge demanding that Tyga pays her the remaining $25,000. Meanwhile, three other women from the video shoot - Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis and Elizabeth Velasquez - sued for breach of contract, invasion of privacy and fraud...
