AKA has dismissed criticism that he’s trying to shade the achievements of Cassper Nyovest and Nasty C‚ saying that he is happy the Juice Back rapper managed to secure a meeting with Jay Z’s entertainment company‚ Roc Nation. AKA was on Tuesday accused by fans of being jealous and downplaying the accomplishments of his rivals because‚ as one fan tweeted‚ “he always thinks down on what he can’t get.”But the rapper responded to the criticism by congratulating rapper Nasty C on securing the meeting with Roc Nation.I am very happy Nasty C has a meeting with Roc Nation. https://t.co/cfrDnAIv7O — AKA (@akaworldwide) May 3, 2016asyncThe response came at the end of a turbulent day for AKA‚ who faced a wave of negative comments after tweeting that he found it impractical to perform “at the dome one week and at a chesa nyama the next.” It was a message that many saw as a dig at rival Cassper Nyovest.Guys .... Everybody doesn't have to have the same dream. For ME, no point in performing at the dome one week and at a chesa nyama the next. — AKA (@akaworldwide) May 3, 2016asyncAKA later went on to explain that the “Fill Up the…” phenomenon was not for him.Let #FillUp etc be another man's dream .... Not mine. — AKA (@akaworldwide) May 3, 2016asyncI have a format and a plan that fits MY business model and gets me closer to my goals. — AKA (@akaworldwide) May 3, 2016asyncNOT EVERYBODY HAS THE SAME DREAM. — AKA (@akaworldwide) May 3, 2016asyncPERSONALLY, filling up a stadium once or twice a year is not a sustainable business model for me ...
