Isibaya actress Thuli Thabethe joins Ashes to Ashes

Recently unveiled Isibaya star Thuli Thabethe has joined the cast of e.tv's popular telenovela Ashes to Ashes, the station has confirmed to TMG Entertainment.

Thuli, who is most popular for her roles on City Ses'la, The Mayor and most recently on Isibaya, will play the role of Malaika, Tsietsi's former flame on the drama.

It is understood that Thuli's character is an independent and competitive woman who once broke Tsietsi's (Nyaniso Dzedze) heart.

Thuli has apparently started filming with the show, which recently added actor Atandwa Kani to its cast, and according to the channel fans can expect to see her on their screens from late June.
