SA comedian Loyiso Gola has once again proven his international comedy credentials, becoming the first comedian in the world to have a comedy special on the prestigious international video service Vimeo.
The video company recently decided to release a new series of comedy specials and have, according to Loyiso, chosen him as their first-ever comedian on the series.
Loyiso will later this month perform at the prestigious House of Yes in New York where his performance will be recorded for the comedy special.
The performance will be Loyiso's first-ever comedy special show shot in America, and the excited comedian took to Instagram on Monday to encourage his US fans to come and witness history.
"NYC get ready. Excited to announce I will be shooting my first comedy special for international release with Vimeo. Thank for taking a chance and making my release your first comedy special ever," Loyiso wrote.
Loyiso's latest gig comes only weeks after the jet-setting comedian shot his first comedy special for the BBC in England.
