Afrikaans singing sensation Amor Vittone underwent another surgery on Wednesday afternoon after a freak accident on Tuesday night left her with a broken ankle.
The singer's mom, Delyse Vittone updated fans on her progress through a Facebook post, and thanked them for their overwhelming support.
"On behalf of Amor I thank you all for the Facebook messages, WhatsApp messages and calls we have received. Most of all thank you for covering Amor in your prayers.
Amor is undergoing another operation this afternoon to repair the tendons and ligaments of her foot," wrote Delyse.

Delyse added that Amor was brave, despite being in a lot of pain. "She is experiencing a lot of pain but is very brave. Praying that the surgery will be successful."
Amor was rushed to hospital on Tuesday night after birthday celebrations for her son, Jordan at Bounce went horribly wrong.
"Amor took Jordan, Kylie and a few of their friends to Bounce in Fourways. Amor also jumped on the trampoline and on her third jump she broke her left ankle and tore the ligaments. What a freak accident," read an initial statement.
