Austin police have arrested a 34 year old man, after he attacked another driver with a sword and a home-made flail.

According to Gannet's KHOU.com, a man spotted Paya-Akhavan driving recklessly on Oak Meadow Drive in southwest Austin.

He took a picture of Paya-Akhavan's car and license plate at an intersection, after noting that he was driving recklessly near a day-care.

Paya-Akhavan did not take it well, after a heated exchange the two men went in different directions only for Paya-Akhavan to make a U-turn, following the photographer.

When he got out of his car, Paya-Akhavan hit the photographer with a water bottle. A neighbour broke up the fight, but Paya-Akhavan followed the man to his house, blocking his driveway.

He then attacked the man's car with a sword. When the man tried to get away, Paya-Akhavan left only to return a few minutes later, try to run the man over and attack him with a home-made flail.
