WATCH: Donald impresses Empire stars with his smooth vocals

Singing sensation Donald left Empire stars Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard more than impressed during his performance last night at the Empire South African Tour VIP Party in Jo'burg.

If the clip the R&B crooner posted on Instagram is anything to go by, both Taraji and Terrence were moved by his performance.

According to Donald, the stars asked to be moved from the VIP area, where they were initially seated, to get a closer view of him in front of the stage - where they seemed to be in awe of his musical presentation.

"They showed me such genuine love for my gift. I'm so glad I got to perform for such greatness," Donald wrote alongside the video of his performance.

Taraji and Terrence have been on a five-day press tour of the country to promote Empire, which is headed for its third season.
