M-Net Movies brand ambassador Lalla Hirayama and her crew graced the 2016 Emmy Awards red carpet for the very first time, talking to A-Listers as they breezed past the cameras on Sunday evening.
Taking to Instagram, the TV personality, who was there to get coverage for her weekly mini-series Lallaland, shared a few moments from TV's biggest night, and of course, showed off her stunning Callaghan gown.
Game of Thrones once again reigned supreme at this year’s Emmys, as it led the field this year with 11 awards, including Outstanding Drama Series for the second straight year.
The People v. O.J. Simpson took home five awards, including Outstanding Limited Series, which saw the show triumphing over a tough field that had American Crime, Fargo, The Night Manager and Roots. The mini-series also earned Emmys for Courtney B. Vance (Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series), Sarah Paulson, (Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series), Stirling K. Brown (Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series) and D.V. DeVicentes (Outstanding Writing in a Limited Series).
"I have to believe that Johnnie Cochran is somewhere smiling up at us tonight," quipped Emmys host Jimmy Kimmel, before adding, "Too soon?"
American comedy series Veep also took top honours on Sunday night.
