WATCH: Relax, chomi, Khabonina knows all about the pain of a 'break-up'

A split with a loved one can be a traumatic experience. So you if you are thinking of pulling the plug on your relationship with bae, just know that Khabonina is here to share your pain.

The hilarious Isidingo actress took to Instagram on Thursday to dish out some love advice to her followers who are contemplating a break-up.

Crazy Khabonina compared the break-up process to giving up meat and said that if she could give up meat after a 34 year "relationship", you can totes break up with your guy/girl.

"A break-up is painful and you (often) hate each other. I have been in love with meat for 34 years and after our break-up I thought that I'm fine with meat...When I smell  braai meat, I'm fine I don’t close my nose like Michael Jackson. So, break-ups should be like that, "Khabonina said.
