US-based media personality Bonang Matheba has announced the end of her working relationship with the management group that used to handle her brand, citing a “possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives”.

At exactly one o'clock on Tuesday moghel opened a space on Twitter and within five minutes there were over 10k listeners. B probably reserved the first few minutes of the space to let people come in and get comfy because 10 minutes in, not a word was said.

After a few minutes of suspense, here is the big announcement:

Today I wish to share with you some disturbing news,” Bonang said, before revealing that the news pertained to her terminating her working relationship with the management group that used to represent her brand.

“Over the last few years I have been in a business relationship with a management group to represent my brand. I have put my trust in them and gave them stewardship over brand Bonang to build and support it across all mediums including entertainment, fashion, and entrepreneurship,” she said.

Bonang shared that she had officially terminated the contract with the company and wished to make it clear that they do not represent her or her business ventures.

"Today I announce that I have terminated the contract with them and they no longer represent me, or any of my business ventures."

The media personality added, “Furthermore, I have instructed my lawyers to investigate the possibility of criminal conduct by the company and its representatives. I will revert over the next few days with more updates so that others can be aware of what I consider as their unsavoury behaviour.”

Before relocating to New York earlier this year, Bonang was part of the celebrities and big brands managed by CSA Global.

As Bonang neglected to name the management group in question, it remains unclear whether she's talking about CSA Global.

Earlier in her career, the media personality was represented by DNA Brand Architects. They parted ways amicably.

This is a developing story and will be updated when more information comes to light.
