Jojo Robinson has revealed that she recently went under the knife for another cosmetic procedure.

The Real Housewives of Durban star said she got brachioplasty surgery to remove excess skin by the same doctor who did her tummy tuck two years ago.

“I've been wanting to do this surgery for the longest time, and I finally just pulled the plug and did it,” she wrote.

Jojo shared graphic images of chunks of her skin that were chopped off.

“I'm very sore today, but it's manageable. It's safe to say I won't be doing much this week. I have to wear compression garments for up to three weeks, but surprisingly, it's not that uncomfortable.

“The surgery was a day procedure, and I was able to leave the same day. Though the ride home was hella uncomfortable, not gonna lie. I'm home safe and just laying in bed all week. Sorry, not sorry. I'll update you in my stories as the week goes on ... we should hopefully change the dressing on Friday. Also, my boo bear, I love you so much. Thank you for taking such good care of me.”

Jojo has been candid about the work she's done to her body. In early 2023, the reality TV star sat down with Carol Ofori for an interview on East Coast Radio in which she said she has had more than 10 procedures.

“I don’t think I can count, like I would have to literally sit and count them. But all together maybe 20-plus. Major surgeries, maybe six or seven. My first surgery was a plain breast augmentation where they just cut under the boob, they didn’t do the lift, they just put the boobs in,” she said.

Jojo said she had surgery to make her boobs bigger but later reduced them.

“Two years later I thought my body was not suiting big boobs any more. I thought my back was sore, I had complications from having big boobs. As nice as they are, it is also uncomfortable. So I made the decision to have a fourth surgery. In this one, we took the boobs down a few sizes and did another lift,” she said.

Sharing her journey previously on her Instagram timeline, she said: “My stomach is so tight and flat, even when I sit down — not one roll and no loose skin and my waist is so much smaller. It was so worth every second of pain. Thank you all for following this journey with me. I'm looking forward to my results continuing to improve and removing the last bandages in a few weeks.”
