Creche’s financial woes leave parents high and dry

When parents arrived at Inky Pinky Ponky Day Care and Pre-school on Wednesday morning to drop off their children they found the gates closed without any notice."We arrived in the morning only to be told by security personal that we aren't allowed to leave our children.
