Emoji passwords, allowing people to log into their banks using four emoji characters, are said to provide greater security than traditional PINs or passwords. The characters are selected from a bank of 44 emoji. Intelligent Environments, the UK company behind the system, said emoji are mathematically more secure than four-digit pass codes, with 480 times more permutations. And hackers can't guess common codes, like a date of birth. Also, emoji are easier to remember than numbers, research shows.Various banks are considering rolling out the technology soon. ..
