As Stuart Baxter begins his reign as SuperSport United coach on Monday, Tshepang Mailwane looks at five things he needs to get right to turn the club's fortunes around. DefenceThey've been poor this season at the back, making silly errors and conceding 20 goals in 16 matches. He needs to find a solid partnership at the centre so the team stops conceding soft goals. He needs to work with what he has and communicate better.Consistency in resultsUnder Gordon Igesund, United never looked like a side capable of winning anything. Despite having a good squad, Igesund failed to get the team going. Baxter needs to get consistent results so the team can finish in the top eight and build confidence for next season.Get Thuso Phala firing againThe speedy winger was by far Matsatsantsa's best player last season, but he has not been as inspirational on the flank.
