Adele admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that she was in tears the entire day after technical glitches marred her Grammys performance of All I Ask. An article on People magazine's website noted that she told The Ellen DeGeneres Show of the string of calamities that befell her."During changeover and the ad break, the microphones fell onto the piano strings, which is what the guitar noise was," Adele said."I knew where the mic was and I wanted to turn around and lift it up, but I froze. But I actually felt like it went well. I'm always a bit pitchy anyway."People.com reported that the performance left her "so embarrassed"."I cried pretty much all day. I kept spontaneously bursting into tears."The singer said success has done little to curb her stage fright."The more successful I get, the more pressure there is - really," she said. But people.com noted that the singer had learnt her lesson.Said Adele: "Next time I have any sound issues, I am gonna stop."She also told DeGeneres that if the Grammys had not been broadcast on live TV, "I would've busted a joke, but because it was TV I couldn't make it my own." ..
