Do nothing on National Nothing Day

Citizens may be suffering from a "news babalaas". So says satirical news site ZA News, which is calling for a public holiday, National Nothing Day, to be declared to deal with the babalaas. On the day all should stay at home and do nothing: no news of Pravin Gordhan, the Hawks, "state capture" and no #FeesMustFall.Experts think it is a good idea. Johannesburg clinical psychologist Leonard Carr even suggested limiting news engagement to "once a week".ZA News proposed November 8 because "the US election will use up all the news then anyway"...
