My favourite show: Ultimate Survival

"It's fantastic and completely absorbing. It's about a guy who gets dropped by a plane into remote and wild places and is expected to survive by making use of his survival techniques. I find it so exciting to be in the world alone," says Theodore Repapis, a graphic designer.

Ultimate Survival features adventurer and survival expert Bear Grylls. He is thrown out of a plane anywhere - even into the ocean - and has to use the most incredible skills to make it out alive. He does things most normal people would consider insane.
