Rapper-actress Eve is engaged to 41-year-old British designer Maximillion Cooper.
A spokeswoman for Eve says Cooper, who founded the international motor rally Gumball 3000, popped the question on Christmas Day.
Eve wore a large sparkler on her wedding finger in a photo posted on her Instagram page on Monday. The 35-year-old entertainer told fans via Twitter on Tuesday that she wanted to celebrate with her family and friends before announcing her engagement.
The couple, who met at Gumball 3000 and have been dating for over three years, live together in London where Eve recorded her fourth album, Lip Lock, released last May.
This will be Eve's first marriage and the second for Cooper, who has four children from his previous relationship.
