Nasty C forced to cancel gigs due to throat infection

Popular rapper Nasty C's hectic touring schedule has been halted after doctors diagnosed the star with a throat infection and ordered him to rest for a couple of weeks.

Speaking to TMG Entertainment on Friday, Nasty C's management said that the artist has developed a throat infection, and that doctors have booked him off for two to three weeks.

As a result, the rapper has had to cancel some of his upcoming shows.

The Hell Naw hitmaker took to Instagram this week to notify fans that he would no longer be performing at the Change Locations event this coming weekend, and expressed his frustration at not being able to perform for his fans.

"It saddens me that I'm not allowed to get back on stage when I want to so bad, even though it's for my own good. I humbly apologise," he wrote.

The rapper is recovering and has promised fans that he will be back soon.

Nasty C, who was involved in a horror car crash last month, has been hard at work over the last few days on a collaboration with Mi Casa and Riky Rick, but now faces a length recovery time.
