Not Getting Any Better, Benmore: Recently, I read an article that Australia has a body called the Independent Commission Against Corruption - one in each state plus a national body.



If a country with as many checks and balances as Oz - one of the least corrupt countries in the world - sees the need for independent commissions on corruption, why shouldn't South Africa do the same? Or is that being extraordinarily naive?
