Watching a monster truck perform a front-flip is strangely hypnotic

A lot happened here in South Africa last week. Which means that you probably missed the news that Lee O’Donnell made history by performing the first ever monster truck front-flip at the 2017 Monster Jam World Finals Freestyle Championship.

It's quite a thing to watch: this enormous, warbling behemoth flipping effortlessly through the air and then landing back on its enormous tyres. In fact we found it all strangely hypnotic. If you haven't watched it then we suggest you do. It will make your Monday better.
