Mob in Limpopo beats kidnapper to death‚ three accomplices remain at large

Police in Limpopo have launched a massive manhunt for three Bangladeshi nationals who allegedly kidnapped one of their countrymen over the weekend.A fourth accomplice was beaten to death by community members who were alerted to the alleged crime by the victim’s screams for help.Lieutenant-Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe told TMG Digital: “The 34-year-old male victim was taken to a house in Kwakwalata village in Mapela‚ where he shouted for help and community members responded to his plea.“They caught one of the suspects and beat him to death with various objects.”Ngoepe added that the other three suspected kidnappers managed to flee the mob‚ while the victim was rescued unharmed.The four suspects had allegedly demanded ransom from the victim's family.Cases of kidnapping and murder have been opened and no arrests have yet been made. Limpopo police have appealed to the community to contact their nearest police station with information regarding the three men at large.TMG Digital..
