Amajita made it three wins from three at the 2016 COSAFA Under-20 Championships with a 1-0 victory over Botswana at the Moruleng Stadium on Monday.

Sibongakonke Mbatha scored the only goal of the game midway through the second half for a much-changed South African side that rested a number of key players.

The team now look forward to a semifinal meeting with Angola at the same venue on Friday as they seek to retain the title they won in Lesotho three years ago.

Thabo Senong’s side also claimed victories over Lesotho (8-0) and Swaziland (1-0) in their other pool matches and have yet to concede a goal in almost five hours of football.
