Neve Campbell was once dragged through a forest by a bear while she was shooting a new film early on in her career. Neve Campbell was attacked by a bear when she was 17. The 42-year-old actress' life flashed before her eyes after the supposedly ''trained'' creature dragged her backwards through a forest by her legs while they were working together on a movie early on in her film career. Speaking on The Talk , the brunette beauty explained: ''[The producers told me to] dip my hand in honey, run to the boulder, stick my hand out and of course it [the bear] doesn't stop...grabs me by my legs, starts dragging me through a forest and the whole crew is frozen.''The Scream star eventually managed to shake off the dangerous species after it became spooked when the stunned animal wrangler started to throw rocks at it. Meanwhile, despite the frightening experience early on in her career, the grizzly encounter hasn't stopped Neve from taking on more gritty roles; including Wes Craven's slasher film. However, being attacked by a bear isn't the only heart-stopping experience she's suffered over the years as she also feared for her life when she was terrorised by a stalker. Speaking about life in Los Angeles, she said previously: ''I had security because of a stalker, which was horrible. I wasn't interested in the things I was being offered. I was sitting in LA getting sad. I lived there for 13 years and I never felt at home. LA is very isolating. It's not a walking city and it's not a very cultured city. In London I got culture, that's for sure.''..
