If you thought that finding his name on the trending topics list on Twitter was about to make AKA change his mind on the comments he made about the four women protesting against rape during President Jacob Zuma's speech at the IEC result centre on Saturday, well, think again.

AKA has moved on in life, retweeting people who say that he is "keeping it real and speaking the truth."

In fact, he even boldly proclaimed that there's only one thing he'll apologise for.

  •

"The only thing I will apologize for is not using the word "Mama" before Mama Winnie's name and including it in a sentence with a swear word."

His controversial tweets on the four women standing up in front of Zuma drew widespread condemnation, quickly spawning the trend #AKAIsOverParty.

  •

It was comments like “Those protesters .... Let me ask you. Do that in front of Vladimr Putin or Obama you'll see shit. Freedom of speech. Enjoy it guys. ENJOY," that landed him in trouble.
