Taking to Instagram on Tuesday evening, the singer announced his withdrawal from the event's line-up, however, without divulging any reasons.
"I'm sad to announce that I will no longer be part of the #SpringFiesta2016 festival as previously advertised happening at WildWaters complex in Boksburg on the 1st of October. Apologies to all the fans, lookout for more of my shows coming to a city near you," he wrote.
This comes a month after it was revealed by the event's organisers that Black Coffee was released as a headline act.
They released a joint statement with Black Coffee at the end of July announcing the decision, saying that they had chosen to release him from the line-up in order for him to chase an "unforeseen prestigious" career opportunity.
The festival said that after discussions with the DJ's camp, "it was disclosed that an unforeseen prestigious and vitally pivotal career opportunity had been presented to Black Coffee. One which unfortunately made it impossible for Black Coffee to honour his performance commitment to Spring Fiesta on Saturday the 1st of October."
Spring Fiesta will be taking place on October 1 at Wild Waters in Boksburg, and is set to feature UK-based and world-renowned House DJ Atjazz.
