Actress Jay Anstey is clearly over Top Billing presenter Jonathan Boynton-Lee and her new man has a six-pack that is just as hot.

Jay denied that she was in a relationship in January when we asked her about some loved-up snaps, only saying that she was single and more than ready to mingle.

About Sean Kaplan being her man, she wouldn't answer. She only repeated that she was single.
