Popular YouTube couple Seemah and Ghost Hlubi have called it quits and have taken to social media platforms to reflect on their relationship.

The social media sensations, who are popular for the videos they've shared together, announced their break-up in a two-part video revealing they had separated for more than a week.

“We are not together any more, it's been a few days,” Seemah said.

Seemah went live on Instagram saying though the two had amicably split, she did not wish to be friends with Ghost as she was seeing someone else and had moved on.

“I fought for that relationship more than he did. I was pushing for communication to work, I was pushing for so much to work. This thing of keeping quiet for five days is not right.”

Seemah revealed that while they had done many videos together and broke the internet when Ghost pretended to buy her a car, there was a lot of content that was not real.

“I want to move on from that chapter of my life, so I don't think I can be friends with him. I got out of the relationship when I had healed.”

YouTube sensation Snikiwe “Sni” Mhlongo recently made a comeback on her channel, after she exposed her ex-boyfriend, actor Zamani Mbatha, for allegedly cheating.

Sni said she appreciated her followers showing her support during the tough time as she did not expect the matter to go as viral as it did.

“With regards to the cheating incident, I don’t think there is anything more I can say. I appreciate everyone who picked up how out of character I was by posting about the entire incident.

“I don't think there's anything else I can say, it is what it is. It went further than I anticipated.”

Zamani has remained mum on the matter.
