Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) stars Slee Ndlovu and Nonku Williams were thick as thieves when season three of the show started. However, the pair's friendship crumbled in full view of audiences.

Now Slee has opened up about their break-up on the Engineer Your Life with Lungelo podcast.

She said being on RHOD forced her to talk and deal with issues she would've walked away from.

“Everybody knows my issue with Nonku. If I go through something like that with a friend, I remove myself. I don’t go back to unpack issues, to talk about issues and through to fix things or get an understanding. I cut my losses and move on.

“I would not have shot with her or had a scene or any discussion with her, and Jojo as well. I wasn’t even going to give them the time of day. I was going to move on with my life.''

She said when they see each other at events they are cordial.

“Are we friends? No. We don’t hate each other. I don’t think they hate me. I don’t hate them,” she added.

Slee and Nonku had a brawl that was caught on camera.

In the last episode of the show the ladies had their “last dinner” with a bit of tension and Slee asked them to share how they were feeling. One by one they spoke firmly until things went south.

While they were exchanging words (Nonku and Slee), Slee got up and headed to where Nonku was sitting on the other side of the table and they got involved in a brawl.

The crew had to break up the fight.

Slee got emotional in her video diary session when she said she regretted the brawl.

“After all is said and done I wish I didn't react the way I did. It is out of my character and as much as Nonku was making me angry, I shouldn't have got up and got to that point. I wish I had done things differently and, unfortunately, here we are.”
