WATCH | Nadia Nakai preps for AKA tribute performance

The late rapper AKA is set to be honoured with a tribute performance by his loved ones at the Galaxy 947 Joburg Day, and they are going all out to make sure they put up a good show for the Megacy. 

Kiernan “AKA” Forbes was shot dead outside a restaurant in Durban on February 10. 

The tribute band will include K.O, Khuli Chana, Yanga Chief, Thato Saul, and Da L.E.S, who shared the stage with him, and his girlfriend Nadia Nakai.

Nadia took to her timeline to share behind-the-scenes footage of her preparing for the show.

The Galaxy 947 Joburg Day event taking place at Crocodile Creek Polo Club on September 2.

This year the event is again presented in partnership with Samsung Galaxy.
