Chocolate coffee crinkles

Bake them, bung them in your bag and bite them for a boost on a busy day.Ingredients80g butter200g (1 cup) light brown sugar50g ( cup) cocoa powder, sifted20ml (4 tsp) instant coffee granules5ml (1 tsp) bicarbonate of soda5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon2 extra-large egg whites85ml ( cup) plain yoghurt180g (1 cup) cake flourWhite sugar, for coatingMethodPreheat the oven to 180C.Cream the butter with the sugar, cocoa, coffee granules, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon.Add the egg whites and yoghurt and mix. Mix in the flour to make a soft dough.Roll into walnut-size balls and roll in granulated sugar to coat. Place the balls about 2cm apart on a greased or sprayed baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.The biscuits will flatten slightly during baking, giving them a crinkled look...
