Namibia has developed its own version of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), the Namibian Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF)

According to The Namibian, much like Malema the party's head, former Swapo and CoD member Epafras Mukwiilongo, styles himself as its commander in chief, with his right hand man Kalimbo Iipumbu being styled as a second commander in chief.

The party claims it was inspired by Julius Malema's nationalisation rhetoric, proposing that the country's land and basic resources should belong to the indigenous population.

“Our government is busy empowering Chinese and Indians to destroy local business people,” Mukwiilongo told the paper.

The pair claim links to Malema, though they were apparently sparse on the details.

"However, a passenger who was on the same flight with them told The Namibian yesterday that she saw Malema at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg before they left for Windhoek," The paper reports.

The party has also proclaimed that it is anti-gay, having recieved N$2,7 million from international anti-homosexual organisations in Uganda.
