O-Shot comes at stiff price

South African women no longer have to fake the "Big-O".

For just R13 000 a shot, you can enhance your sexual pleasure by having your own blood injected into your vagina and clitoris to increase pleasure during sex.

Created by US doctor Charles Runels, the "Orgasm Shot" was brought to South Africa this year after specialist surgeon Gideon van Wyk underwent training with Runels.

Claudette Mills, who has had the procedure herself, said: "One woman said she had to stop her car on the side of the road when she experienced an intense orgasm after driving over a speed bump."
