Herb-based exotic mushroom skewers Ingredients100g butter, softened2 garlic cloves, crushedLarge bunch fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, fennel), roughly choppedSalt and pepper, to taste200g exotic mushroomsMethodMix the butter with the garlic and herbs and season.Push the mushrooms onto 4 skewers.Braai or grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning constantly and basting with the herby butter.Serve hot, topped with the remaining butter.Serves 4 as a snack or side dish..
