Stolen cricket kit has been recovered by police‚ who stopped and searched two men pushing a trolley with a black bag. The officers from Grassy Park SAPS were on patrol in Italian Road at 10.15am on Tuesday‚ when they noticed the two men."Upon stopping them‚ members searched the bag and found cricket equipment to the value of R25‚000‚" Captain FC Van Wyk said."The two males could not give a reasonable explanation to where they got the stuff and they informed (the police officers) that they were about to go and sell it at a second-hand dealer shop."The suspects were arrested on charges of alleged possession of stolen goods.Anyone with information can contact Crime Stop at 08600 10111...
