Buyers beware, Magical Sea event may not be so magical

Moms and dads taking their little ones to the Magical Sea and Wonderland expo in Johannesburg may have to let their poppets down for the third time.

But on top of venue booking problems, an international tech-art collective says the images used to promote the event were taken without permission.
