Man Tasered to death after eating woman's face, eyeball

Welsh police used a 50,000-volt Taser on a man after they caught him eating a 22-year-old's face and eyeball.

She died of her injuries, as did the cannibal according to the UK's Independent.

Matthew Williams, who was known locally by the nickname Fifi, was staying at the Sirhowy Arms Hotel in Argoed, South Wales, which operated as a bail hostel.

He had apparently only just met the victim when he asked her to come back to the hostel with him for a drink.

Police were later called in after a report that a man was attacking a woman.

They became suspicious when Williams didn't want to let them into his room.

“On arrival both the male and female were still at the location.

“A Taser was discharged and a man was arrested.

“The woman was located with injuries and has since been pronounced deceased,” A Gwent Police spokeswoman said.

A police inquiry has been called, because a Taser was used.

The police are also investigating the woman's death.
