Rose McGowan gets engaged

'Charmed' actress Rose McGowan has got engaged to her boyfriend of one year, artist Davey Detail, her representative confirms.

The former Charmed actress - who was previously engaged to rock star Marilyn Manson - is to tie the knot to her boyfriend, artist Davey Detail, her representative confirms to E! News.

Detail is part of the artist collective, Cyrcle, and has been linked to the Grindhouse star for just over one year.

McGowan recently sparked speculation that she is engaged after being spotted with a large diamond ring on her wedding finger.

The 39-year-old beauty was previously engaged to Beautiful People rocker Marilyn Manson, but she ended their three-and-a-half year relationship in 2001 citing a "lifestyle difference".

She said at the time: "There is great love, but our lifestyle difference is, unfortunately, even greater."

McGowan was also set to wed her Grindhouse director Robert Rodriguez after they began a relationship while filming the movie in 2007. The pair were expected to marry in 2009, but announced their split in October of that year.

At the time, the actress was accused of embarking on an affair with Rodriguez, 45, which allegedly resulted in the end of his 16-year marriage to producer Elizabeth Avellan.
