SABC 2's Sunday sitcom, Skwizas is back with a brand new season, a new storyline and a few new characters.

Premiering on Sunday, 15 May, the comedy series - produced by Lillian Dube Productions - has introduced new and returning faces.

The include big names like Tshepo Maseko in the role of Samson - Mmane's long lost son, Lele Ledwaba (who has previously guest starred in Season 3) in the role of Bella, who was adopted by white parents when she was an infant, Slindile Nodangala, who joins the cast to play the role of Melo, Russel Savadier as Bernard and Kathlyn Anderson as Haninne, Bella's mother.

Speaking to TMG Entertainment, Lele revealed that she is excited to have joined the cast of the show.

"Skwizas is the best set I've worked on. It's one of those productions where you look forward going to work," she explained.

In addition, she opened up about her close working relationship with veteran actress, Lillian Dube - who is the creator and producer of the show.

"You forget who's the boss. Mam'Lillian is not one of those producers that are on a power trip. Instead, she plays a mother figure to all of us, on and off set."

Having been on-air since July 2010, Skwizas is now on its fourth season. From inception, the show, which promotes the idea that 'age is purely chronological' has managed to draw in an all-star cast including Mara Louw, Mary Twala, Rina Nienaber and Dolly Malunga, Tsholo Monedi, and Jerry Phele.
