Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's divorce drama may have finally come to an end, after the pair settled out of court this week.

According to a statement by the couple, which appeared on Daily Mail, the pair had come to an out of court settlement on Tuesday, claiming that neither of them meant to cause the other any physical or emotional harm.

"Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has lied nor made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future," the statement from the couple read.

The news comes only hours before the couple's lawyers were meant to meet for a hearing regarding a restraining order against the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, and follows recent reports claiming Johnny had cut his finger and painted offensive messages in blood and paint on a mirror.

The statement went on to reveal that Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce settlement, which is said to be "close to $10 million", to a charity.

The couple's divorce has hogged the headlines over the last few months, with details about the couple's rocky marriage and fresh allegations of abuse surfacing weekly.
