Joyce Skefu has assured her fans she is alive and well after surviving a mild stroke last year.
Concerns and well wishes for the veteran actress have been pouring in on social media since she revealed her health scare last March.
Joyce, popularly known for her role as Maletsatsi on Scandal!, gave her followers her health update this week, expressing her gratitude to those who have shown her support.
“This is my pic after many days. I just want to express my gratitude to all of you for holding my hand in support of my recovery in thoughts and in prayer. What you see is the results of your kindness. As the Easter celebration is upon us, we remember the kindness of Christ on the cross and his blood shared for humanity. Love you all,” she wrote.

Joyce had been mum on social media since last December when she spoke of how challenging the year 2022 was for her.
“I miss talking to you immensely. I'm hoping that you are well and safe. I hope you are enjoying your festive season. I want to thank God for keeping me and his love. It's been a challenging year indeed but the goodness of God has been greater. I also want to thank you for the prayers and encouragement you have shown towards me.”
