Fifi Cooper is determined to lead Motswako as she makes her return to the spotlight.
The star has been making music and performing but "disappeared" from the spotlight after parting ways with her record label Ambitiouz Entertainment in 2017.
Speaking at the launch of Love & Hip Hop SA at Paramount Africa's rooftop on Monday, a confident FIfi said she understood she would not always be in her prime.
"I've never felt like I left. I've always knew there would be challenges, and there's so many of us that we can't all shine at the same time because your time is your time," she said.
Having encountered challenges when she started her own record label, Fifi admitted there were mistakes and she had to learn.
Fans will get to see more of her journey on the reality show.
"With me owning a record label, you will judge me because I made a mistake. Nobody hopped on it. Because I have this big opportunity, I feel like it came at the right time. There's a lot you're going to see. There's a lot you're going to enjoy."
She is ready to leave a legacy in which Tswana people can take pride, in the same way the late HHP did.
"We had a HHP. Until today we can never have another HHP. He made Setwana fashionable and I want to be the first female rapper to make Setwana fashionable out of South Africa."
She's set to launch a single soon and an album in April.
