When you're pregnant sometimes your baby decides to show you who's boss even before birth and in actress Greteli de Swardt's case her bundle of joy turned into a difficult position which meant she had to have a C-section delivery.

The Blood & Water actress shared that she had wanted to give birth naturally but was open to surgery should the need arise.

Baba had a will of it's own & turned into a very difficult position. I really wanted to go into labour naturally, but was so open to having a C-section, should there be any difficulties. We chose a delivery that was best for baba and me.”

Greteli announced she and her hubby were set to welcome their baby on March 29 if all went as it should. She expressed her excitement at the thought of holding her baby in her arms.

Here's to the last few hours of being two! Soon we'll be three,” she wrote before adding that she would be off the socials to bask in the glory of motherhood.

The star also thanked fans for staying tuned to all her pregnancy updates and promised to show them her bundle of joy when she makes a social media comeback.

“Thank you so much to everyone who followed me on this pregnancy journey. Your support made it easier and so much fun. I love this community. I'll share and spam as soon as possible, but please forgive me if I take a while to soak up every moment with my husband and our little one. I promise to also show you what you've all been waiting for.”
