On Monday a video of Papa Penny went viral where he was calling out DJ Bushida.
“Bushida Coffee, stop [playing] my song, Hai Ka Mina, that is my song. Stop that rubbish you are doing. Don't be a fake artist, you cannot remix my song without asking me.
“Don't play with my gift, compose your own song, delete that nonsense now,” said Papa Penny in the video
DJ Bushida Coffee later took to TikTok and shared the song had been deleted. He said the song is different and he didn't sample or copy any lyrics.
He said he is a producer making music and he used a small sample of the voice where Papa Penny says “Hai”.
“I know why people would be angry, I understand, and I spoke to Papa Penny during the day and we ended up talking about procedures and all was sorted.”

Papa Penny has come out to defend Grammy-winning DJ Black Coffee from trolls and reports suggesting he was lambasting him for playing his song without permission.
Taking to his TikTok account, the veteran musician recorded a video to clear confusion brought about by his previous video.
“People, stop confusing the names. It's not Black Coffee, he is the right guy, it's not him. It's Bushida Coffee. He calls himself Bushida Coffee, he did Milandu Bhe 1995, not that one, it's not Black Coffee. Correct the mistake because now you are spoiling Black Coffee. Please correct the names,” he said.
