While many believed Mthunzi and Azana had tied the knot, others realised it might be a PR stunt for a music video.

Mthunzi took to his timeline to let the cat out of the bag.

“I got married for few days and it felt real shame yey cishe bangzonda ngampela labafana #sifanelene is out on every digital platforms a huge thanks to @azanaofficial and @kudzayimhlanga for trusting me on this one,” he wrote.

A few days ago, the musicians took to their social media platforms and updated their posts by sharing pictures of them wearing a suit and a wedding gown.

“You took my heart unexpectedly, it shook me in a beautiful way that I decided I wanted you for me and me alone, thank you for trusting me that your forever definitely ends with me. I Love You so much that even the world is too small to be a promise I could possibly give you. Mrs Ndimande omuhle #sifanelene,” he wrote.

Azana headed to her Facebook timeline and thanked Mthunzi for “finally putting a ring on it”.

“To the love of my life, you’ve been my hero, my protector, my hope, my muse. It’s crazy how when I first met you I manifested this moment. I would like to publicly thank you for all the strength you’ve given me and for all the love you’ve poured onto our ever-flowing river of love. You’re stronger than any man I’ve met, you’re smarter than any man I’ve encountered. You’re amazing not only to me but to all those around you, ngyakthanda Ndzimande. I wish our love could eliminate all negativity and evil and that it may bring happiness and prosperity. I love you baby and thank you for finally putting a ring on it,” she wrote,
